I recommend that you try and make some coquito instead of eggnog. It's the Puerto Rican version of eggnog. There are various recipe around the net and the most common ask recipe ask for:
30oz of coconut milk
14oz of condensed milk
a cup or two of Rum depending on how you like it
some ask for 1/2 cup of water,
a pinch of salt,
1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Blend all ingredients together in a blender, pour in bottle and chill.
Alternative recipe with eggs:
1 can of coconut milk (aprox 14oz)
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated mlik
Rum to your liking
1/2 cup of eggs (or 4 egg yolk)
vanilla
cinnamon
