On 11/29/15 I brewed four 1 gallon batches of EdWort's Apfelwein, and three went clear at almost the same time, but there is one that still hasn't settled, weeks after the first three have.

I thought maybe it was a fermentation issue, I had my slowcooker near the batch that didn't clear and am afraid maybe radiant heat fried the yeast. I repitched 2g of yeast on 12/19 hoping to spur things on, but it does not seem to have been what was missing.

Does anyone have any advice on what might have gone wrong and if there is anything I can do to salvage the batch?

I have a batch that I brewed on 12/18 that is still in the fermentor. I will bottle mine in about two weeks and I'm glad that I saw your thread. Was the unclear bottle the first bottle used? It could be the sediments that came out from the first bottling.

It was the first jug I filled, but all I did was dump a gallon of apple juice into each of the four jugs, so I'm not sure what you mean by sediment that came out of the first bottling.
