So I brewed 11 gallons of the Wit on Big Brew Day May 7th. I recently kegged it into 2 separate corny kegs but I had 1 gallon left. I was out of corny kegs except for a keg that had about 1 gallon of Ed Wort's Apfelwein in it. I decided to try an experiment and blend the 2 together. I left it on the gas for about 1 week and today got brave and poured me a pint. It was very good. I usually cut my Apfelwein with Sprite but I think I found a new way to enjoy it! My only regret is that I did not have more to blend.
