Today has been crazy, I somehow managed to stumble across some Bootleg Biology, Mad Fermentationist Saison Blend here and even somehow managed to stumble across some ECY BugCountry and BugFarm (many others available) here. I've got some serious brewing (and aging..and waiting..) coming up!

Thanks for the tip. Ordered a few myself

What did you end up getting? I cant stop researching and getting recipes pulled together, I'm way more excited than I should be!

I'd love to get some, but I cannot bring myself to pay $20 for a package of yeast/bacteria!

I hesitated at first, then I realized my LHBS charges $15 for a smackpack and decided to give it a try since I've only ever read about these strains and they're hard to get.

Thanks for the tip. Love ECY and didn’t know they were available outside of Love2brew which doesn’t seem to stock their yeast anymore. Awesome strains you won’t find anywhere else. Worth every penny

I got two of the bug farm and two of the saison

Not affiliated but thought I’d share

Big Fan of East Coast yeast. Lots of options that don’t exist from other major manufacturers.

FermentedNj has a bunch of stuff in stock right now. Picked up the Kolsch strain which I’m super excited about. An old Brewtek strain that’s different (and a lot would say better) than the other commercially available Kolsch strains. I’ve got maybe 16 Kolsch brews under my belt and so far I’ve found VT Ale fermented at 56 to be better than any true Kolsch strain I’ve used. Hoping for great things from this ECY option.

Picked up ECY10 and have used it for two different beers so far. It performs super well, 1st beer is on gas now, second just finished fermenting. 78% attenuation both times and drops like a rock by day 6.

Grabbed some Kellerbier as well which I believe is a unique lager strain not offered by other suppliers. An old Brewtek strain that’s been revived. Anyone have any insight?

Just thought I’d share if anyone is looking for some interesting yeasts to use that might be a bit different than what you can find in other places.
