Watermelon, having the support can be nice... some people may need it and some just use this forum and the internet... It personal choice and I totally respect that myself but I just wanted to bring a dose of reality to the fact the the costs are the same if priced individually (some of the stuff is priced competitively and some not so much just like mist retailers do it)... bottom line it you can spend a lot or a little and gave the same thing that will do the same job... I'm just one of those guys the does my own research for my hobbies.

I like your panel Auggie. Now if we could just talk you into posting a clickable BOM. Think of all the time you'd save me, er um, I mean us. 😁

So could I use this SSR for 4 components? 25a might be a little small for 5500 watt elements, but any reason it wouldn't work for pumps and ferm fridges?

I have the same one..from that seller..keep in mind there's only one positive lead for SSR switching control and four negatives... I haven't needed mine yet... my $4 fotek knockoffs have worked flawlessly for 11 months now.

Sorry, new to this. What does that mean? The single positive to 4 negatives.

Well a regular SSR has a + and input from the pid to ckntr the switching.... the Teledyne has one + and 4 -'s and controls switching through "ground switching" by adding and removing ground to the - inputs.
Sorry in the woods deer hunting and fingers are going numb...

Haha no problem. So does that mean you can't switch each component independent of each other? Planning on using a BCS to control everything.

You would use heavy duty spade connectors like the yellow jacketed ones. They slip on.

Thanks. Would you put the SSRs for the ferm fridges in the control panel or next to the fridge in a gang box? Basically, should I try to get all my SSRs upfront even if I wont be using them right away as it would be easier to install them upfront.

Congrats. That is a nice panel for the cost. Maybe I should have gone the cheaper route. I'm excited to get my nice panel kit though!

Thanks... I realize that there are much better panels out there I just wanted to bring this in to the discussion as reference to show that one doesn't need to spend $1,000 or even $500 for a very functional panel. If you got the time to wait and research.

I'm nearly finished with my control panel. All parts sourced from ebrewsupply. Building a modified 2 pid 30amp panel. Built using KAL's designs and ebrews parts. Ryan is top notch, if I had a dumb question he was prompt with reply. For me it was the fact I can order from one place, not sort through all the countless options for a 2 position switch on some website. I did not buy my enclosure from him or my plugs those were donated to the cause by an electrician buddy.
