Hey guys,

New to brewing and have a question.

My plan is to build a custom electric kettle with 3 tri clamp fittings (element, ball valve, and thermowell), and build my own control panel.

My question is, what have people used for a kettle and basket combo that clears the element and thermowell.

Looking to do a 15 gallon kettle, preferably with gallon markings.
