Hi Guys,
I was wanting to experiment with an easy brew that would take 30 minutes or less. It took 28 minutes to do. Let me know what you think.
Here is the recipe and instructions.

Bring 2 Gallons of water to a boil
Add 1 lb Briess Bavarian Wheat DME and Tbls yeast nutrient
Add 1 oz of Tettnang and boil for 5 mintues

Cut heat pull out the hop bad and let drain.
Add the 2 gallons to the fermenter bucket.
Add 4 lb hopped can of Muntans Connoisseur Wheat LME to bucket
Add 2 lbs of Muntons Wheat DME to bucket.

Stir vigorously for 5 minutes to dissolve and aerate
Top off with water to 5 gallons and stir more
Add Nottingham yeast.

OG was 1.052

Let me know what you guys think of this recipe and how do you think it will turn out.
