This one for me too! I have two ITC-308 running in thermowells with heating pads and they have changed my life. Perfect for fast sours and saisons. Only using for heating right now. Love the control. If I can figure a good cooling method that'd be the next big step. Still using chest freezer or igloo cooler method w ice.
