I have noticed that Terrapin Brewery in Athens, GA and Highland Brewery in Asheville, NC use labels which peel off incredibly well. They don't seem to be made of paper- more like a plastic laminate. I'd really like to get this material for my own bottles, but I can't begin to find what the material is called. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Dunno, but I use a Dymo thermal printer for my labels- only two colors, self-adhesive, and mostly cheap to make.

They come off with a 10 minutes soaking in water (or sanitizer, for two birds and one stone)

Thanks for the tip, Virant. As it is, my label system results in really easily removable labels (no soaking required), but the vinyl-type ones that Terrapin and Highland use are _ridiculously_ easy.
