After brewing an (Imperial? Yeah, right!) choc cherry stout that already had a bunch of flaws during the process, I was ready to bottle tonight. To cut a long story short, my siphon stopped working and I oxygenated the sh!t out of the beer and stirred up all the yeast sediment while trying to get it going again. I had already added the priming sugar to the bottling bucket and it would've been too much for the amount of beer I could mange to get transferred over. I didn't want to wait 3 weeks to taste overcarbonated cardboard stout, so in absolute frustration, I dumped it all down the bathtub. I'm so angry right now!
