Taprites are great regulators. I have several and they are excellent. When you need to bleed pressure, use the PRV on the keg (assuming the keg has one).
 
I have the single pressure version of that Taprite, which I turned into a double. Wish I would have bought the double from the beginning because I have about $100 into mine.

I've only had it for a couple years, but I like it and that's a good price.

Edit for clarification: I bought the single body, single pressure version. Later, I bought an "add-on" body to turn it into a two body, two pressure main valve.
