So,
I have 4 brews under my belt now.
2 extract (with partial grains).
2 all grain
I have a fermentation chamber set up with a black box controlling it.
On my last beer I had a slight blow off....not bad at all, but was unexpected.
I am using plastic big mouth bubblers.
I do have tubing to rig a traditional blow off tube if necessary.
But I also have a dual port lid.
If I ran two bubblers would that allow enough gas to escape to not need a blow off tube?
Or would krausen still rise to the point of blowing through both?
