dry yeast pack with no date

Hi got a pack of yeast in the mail today with no batch number or date.... do I use as is our request a replacement?

As properly stored dry yeast lasts quite some time I wouldn't worry about, re-hydrate it though for sure.

I would also contact whoever you got it from and let them know!
