I need your opinions on dry yeasts for a stout. I tried s-04 and it wasn't bad....but I was wondering what other options you have tried.

I have used S-04, US-05, Nottingham and Windsor for stouts with good results. For a chocolate stout I would recommend either US-05 or Nottingham for a clean finish. Just my opinion, but I don't care to taste the yeast in a chocolate stout.
