I'm Joe. I'm new to brewing beer so I am here to learn. So far I made one extract kit beer and it turned out ok so i figured I'd rather do all grain beers and keg them. I have a mash tun i made, a ball lock keg set up and ill have a new 6.5 gallon glass carboy tomorrow. I am saving for a 8 gallon induction pot since our propane stove takes way too long to heat up. I dont know much. I have the books but I'm a hands on kind of guy. I came up with a neat filter design im working on too. I am trying to find folks around close enough to learn a few things from. I'm a bit of a slower learner at some things but i have thr passion to make some fine beers and trade them with other home brewers. Anyways. Im looking for folks around the nky / greater Cincinnati area or anyone close enough.

I have been brewing all grain for about a year or so now and have gone hog-wild with the hobby/passion. Currently I am brewing on a custom single tier 3 burner propane system with 2 chugger pumps.
