Ok, So have this 1-gallon zombie dust clone going. Supposed to dry hop with 0.3 oz citra at 10 days. Now I've never dry hopped before. I just toss it in there? Also how long before I should bottle, if of course SG is stable?

Put them in muslin bag (sanitized before) for a week and you're fine to bottle.

What did you end up doing? My brother in law and I attempted the zombie dust clone too. I'm only 3 days into fermentation but am planning at about day 7-10 (depending on gravity readings) to throw the hops in the primary.

Then rack to a secondary and let sit for another week or two.

Finally toss some gelatin in and cold crash it.

Should I just do all of this in the primary and be careful not to get any of the trub in the bottling bucket? Thoughts? Walt what did you end up doing?

Your going to lose some aroma letting it sit in secondary after dryhopping. Most people seem to dryhop in secondary,or primary if they only primary. But Im not really shure how clear their beers are-if thats an issue, if I do secondary dryhop I sometimes cold crash it and make shure you have vodka in your airlock incase you get any airlock suckback from temperature drop. Thats how I get a clean racking usually especially with dryhopping loose pellots-they sink right down to the bottom.

For the OP, I would go for the muslin bag for dryhopping. It will make it easier for you especially with the little amount you have.Make shure when you tie it that you leave room for the hops to expand and put some marbles in so it can sink, some people dont like this method because you dont get maximum contact with the hops when they are bunched up in a muslin bag. Thats why I like to loose pellot dryhop then cold crash because you have maximum hop contact and it will settle out with cold. If you keg you can just throw them in a medium bag or large teaball also.
