Just rack very carefully to your bottling bucket, trying to leave as much hop material behind. A couple pieces of hop leaves won't hurt anything.

do NOT strain the beer at this point. You want to avoid anything that will introduce oxygen to it, and straining is a prime culprit there.

Use a racking cane redirection cap. or, failing that, you could tie a piece of pantyhose on the end of the cane.
