First dry hop batch. Northern brewer kit call for dry hopping 5-7 days before kegging. And says to secondary for 2-4 weeks . So I'm assuming add when I want to just about 5 days before racking to keg ? Or if there were any better or other options. What do you do and what were your results ?

Cheers.

Well I normally dry hop for the entire time it is in the secondary, and have had good results. I only secondary for about 10-14 days, then cold crash then keg or bottle. Good luck on what ever you decide.

don't bother with secondary. for a 4 week batch, leave it in primary and dry hop there. you increase your risk of infection when racking to secondary for little gain.

you are correct, add your dry hops 5 days before kegging.
