Whats the general consensus on dry hopping in the secondary at colder temps? Lets say 45ish degrees?

Assuming the colder it is the longer for the aroma to come about, would tossing in Gelatin on Saturday and then bottling on Sunday be an issue or should I toss it in and let it sit on the gelatin for 2-3 days?

You can dry hop a little longer with colder temps. At 45F, you could go 14 days no problem.

Has anyone tried using a hop back with cold, post-fermented wort? I have a hop back I was planning on using between the fermentor and the keg. The beer would be cold already- between 36-60 degrees depending on if I let it warm up after cold-crashing it.
