I want to dry hop my ipa, but forgot to get to the store in time. I have in my freezer about 20g each of warrior and Saaz, and about 50g of simcoe. Should I combine some the simcoe and the warrior, or just hold off until I can get back to the shop?

Its all about what you are looking to create. Warrior and Simcoe would be great. The Simcoe is a much more aromatic hop than Warrior. So to account for that I would go at least 2:1 Warrior:Simcoe. Or go all Simcoe, its great on its own.

What would you have dry hopped with if you had it on hand?

was going Mix citra and something else - amarillo maybe. I'm still new to brewing, but interested in testing out some combinations as while some of my dry hopping has been successful in the past, I have also 'wasted' a certain amount if hops this way by using bittering hops rather than aromatics.
