Hi all, I have Jamil's Evil twin that I fermented in the keg, and I find it a little lackluster.

can I take out the cold and carbonated keg, add dry hops, and let sit at room temp for a week?
I have to free up to freezer, and was wondering if I am missing anything by letting a cold, carbed keg get back to room temp and dry hop.

Thanks

The only problem you might have is foaming when you put the hops in. I've added hops a couple times over the years.

I should then let it warm up and degass a little before adding them?
