I brewed the northern brewer american amber AG recipe and now that I have it on tap I feel like it is all malt with little hop, especially when it comes to aroma. I was still dialing in my equipment when I brewed this and had to do a 90min boil instead of a 60 so I think that is where I lost my hops...
What would be a good hop to dry hop with to give a bit more nose? I'm not looking to hop bomb just balance a bit.
Amount and duration would be appreciated.
Here is the grain/hop bill.

BOIL ADDITIONS & TIMES

-- 1-oz.-Cascade-(1-min)-
