Had a busy brewing weekend and questions came up and discovered that I had an "extra" 1 oz. package of Saaz left in the freezer. I must have not used the prescribed amount when I brewed a California Common so I was wondering can I dry hop it in secondary? And if I do, for how long what temp? I don't really mind to deviate from the recipe.

Also it's been fermenting in primary at about 62 ish F. Can I still cold lager it?

Thanks!

No reason you can't dry hop it.

Or, split the beer into two batches. Dry hop one and leave the other as is.

Sure throw it in secondary. That's a real light tasting hop so I would leave it in a week or longer. At normal fermentation temp or slightly higher should be fine.
