Just brewed a (sort of) cream ale with pilsner malt and Saaz hops. I don't usually dry hop this style but want to try it. Any recommendations for a dry hop that will complement Saaz? I've heard dry hopping with Saaz is weird so I'd like to try something else. I used an ounce of Saaz at 60 minutes and a 1/2 at 30 minutes.

santiam or tettnang, pair well with saaz. Sterling is fine but can be a bit pineapplely as a dry hop.

I dry hopped with El Dorado, Willamette at 60/20/0. I liked it.

I would go very light with the dry hops and pick something that's also floral/spicy if you want it to still be a cream ale. Too much could overwhelm the light flavor profile of the beer.

Other noble hops is a good idea, maybe even ekg, or hallertauer
