Hey,
Did a brew(20 l/5 gallons)
My ingredients were -
5kg(11lbs) Weyermann pale ale malt
1kg(2.2lbs) Weyermann caramünch 2
Yeast - American ale SY025
Hops - 55mins 15g Colombus
15 mins 28g Chinook,
5 mins 28g Centennials.

Thinking of splitting the batch in 2 and dry hopping differently.
Maybe in 1 batch 14g each of centennials & chinooks for 7 days. In the other I don't know. Any ideas? Nothing too bitter.

dry hops wont bitter your beer so in that sense you can use whatever. I love a centennial dry hop so I'd probably just use a bunch of that.
