I am now working on the recipe of my next IPA and I plan on using this malt enhancer plus 0.5kg (1.1 lbs) of Extra Light Dry Extract and around 0.2kg (0.4 lbs) of specialty grains (possibly Abbey) for 8-9 litres (2.1 gallons). Do you believe this will work (my projected ABV is around 6.5%) or is it too much?
