Drop down hooks, where to buy?

I've been looking for drop down hooks, like pictured here but so far I haven't found any for sale anywhere. Does anyone know if these are sold on their own at all?

It looks like a minor adaptation of draw latches but without the offset cam action. Most likely someone contacted a company that makes latches and obtained some parts that way.

Yes, I've seen similar-ish products, but nothing that would work similarly straight out of the box.
