I drilled my fermenter hole too big and now it leaks (barely). Does anyone know where to get slightly larger than normal spigots? B3/Williams/Northern Brewer etc. seem to only carry the same sizes. Or I was thinking Dap Silicone sealant. Anyone used this without problems? Only a few drops of beer would be touching it so I'm thinking it would be safe. Thanks!

Dap 100% silicone will work. You need to let the silicone cure fully before use and give it a good rinse out to avoid lingering odor in the mash tun.

What kit are you using on the mash tun?

Thanks guys, I drilled a hole in my fermenter because I put a spigot on it so I don't have to siphon. I sealed it up with that silicone, worked well.
