Hey Everyone! I'm really wanting to make a vaporizer clone. I love this beer and am excited about it. After reading about it and talking to some people, I'm still unsure about the recipe, but this is what I have so far

-4 1/2 lbs gambrinus pilsner malt ( or pilsen malt german if I can't find gambrinus)
-1/2 lb aromatic malt
-1/4 carafoam or dextrin
-3lbs dry malt pilsen extract
-1 oz Perle (60 min)- bittering
-1/2 oz perle, 1/2 oz challenger hop pellets (all i can find is pellets)-flavor (15 min)
1/4 oz perle aroma (2 min)
-wyeast american ale- pitch at 65-67 degrees

rack after a week into secondary fermenter and dry hop with 1/4 oz perle and 1 1/2 oz challenger hops

What do you think??? Will this make about 50-55 IBU's?

I'm confused about what to use for dry hopping. On the double mountain website, they do not say what kind of hops they use for dry hopping (or the amount). Any information you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks All!!!!

This beer is a Double Mountain Vaporizer clone. Double Mountain is from Hood River, Oregon. I tried this beer and needed to make it. I used the recipe above, only I changed the yeast to London ESB yeast for higher floculation. I will dry hop with 2 oz of challenger hop pellets!! Anyone else heard of this beer, or tried to make it themselves?
