Dopple Bock

Hello fellow brewers. I just brewed a Dopplebock(Liquid Bread) partial mash 5 gallon. I am planning to steam this beer and primary for 5-14 days and then secondary for 30 days. Does anyone have any experience with these beers, any suggestions on length of secondary? Thanks for any help in advance, James:fro:

I have found for lagers that for every ten points, I lager a week. Super clean beers that way. A doppelbock can be 1.070, so seven weeks.

You can bottle and lager in the bottles, too.

Thanks for the info Cman. I will definitely keep that info in mind while I am patiently waiting for this beer to be ready. Oh, by the way, I also have a dunkel in secondary for about 1 month now, any ideas on that one?
