Donw Loading a pod Cast onto I Tunes on A Mac?

I can't figure out for the life of me how to Down Load an archived Pod Cast from the Brewing Network onto my ITunes. I am running a Mac Computer, and I am stumped. Anyone here that can point me in the right direction?

I have in fingered out. I have to subscribe to the Pod Cast in order to get the one I am looking for.
