Don't think I've ever been anywhere that sparklers weren't at least legal. Was always irritated when I went to my Aunts & Uncles and it was either that or snakes since I always considered them very dangerous non-fireworks... Then I put a whole bunch in the ground once together and they were AWESOME. Nowadays, there's like a whole series of videos on Youtube with people making firework bombs out of them too. :)
