dogs and beer

So who gives there dog samples of your beer? My dog absolutely loves beer, but even after a little bit she tend to shake her head a lot. As if her ears are bothering her. She can't be getting drunk off an ounce of beer right? What about the hops. I know they aren't supposed to be good for dogs....but how much would they really get from a little beer?

My basset hound loves all beer! I recently read a recipe for using leftover mash and turning them into dog biscuits!

I'll give my dogs that last little of beer or cider on top of the sludge.... They are still kicking!

My dog won't touch my beer, unless they have smoked malt in them. He's weird.

In my town you can now get "dog beer" at the growler fill stations. Ridiculous, yet brilliant.

I think it's more to do with the carbonation. Years ago I gave my dog beer and she would take a lick and shake and shake. Once it lost some carbonation she would just lap it up. Loved it.
