Does Weyermann Pale Wheat Require Mashing?

I'm looking at making an extract blonde and wondering if the above or any other wheat malts are out there that don't require mashing and can just be steeped.

All wheat malts that I am aware of require mashing. You could add some wheat extract which is typically a 50/50 mix of wheat and 2 row pale malt.
