Does this look normal

So I brewed my first batch ever last night and I just want to know if this looks normal. I was aiming for a really hoppy, bitter beer. And yes I know I went a little overboard with the hops...

Just too much wort?? If so then yeah I think I did top off the batch with a little to much water. Do you think I should switch it to a secondary to clean it up a bit or should I just leave it?

In my opinion , you have at least 2" too much in that jug, it just gives you problems that you don't need. It invites foaming over. It invites contamination. It forces a blow off tube.
I have never used a blow off tube, never had over foaming, never knowingly had contamination.
Secondary ? It's one of those , do it if you want to, I don't!
In the state you are , you may as well just let it keep going till it calms down and stays within the vessel, cooling it down will help. Keep spraying sanitiser all around the exterior and keep it as clean as possible.
Just chalk this one up to experience, and keep the level lower for next time.
Cool it down, keep it clean and get it right next time. Oh , and have fun , it's a great hobby.

Add a blow off tube and then take a hydrometer reading in 10 days. Except for an over filled fermentor it looks good.

Ok cool! I really appreciate all the input! I'm glad it turned out ok and it looks like once it's finished fermenting it should taste like an extremely hoppy beer.. Fingers crossed! Let's just say I learned a lot from this first batch. Less hops, temp control & timing and to filter wort when going in fermentor! Other the that it was an awesome experience :rockin:
