Now I started my brew about 2 weeks ago, then I decided I wanted to make the batch a bit bigger. The gravity reading was almost to what I wanted, but I wanted a bigger batch. So I syphoned it to a 2nd fermenter that was 1 gallon (originally had a 2L brew). I then added more non-alcoholic apple cider and more honey, which seemed like it re-started the 1st fermentation.

TL;DR; If I restart 1st fermentation, does that mean the cider will come out smoother?
