I have two brews fermenting in the fermentation chamber, one a blonde ale, should be ready to be kegged and an IPA that is only a day into the dry hop. I want to try and get the Blonde kegged up to be ready for Saturday if possible.
So the question is, if I cold crash in the ferm chamber now, will the drop in temperature slow and/or stop any benefit from the dry hop in the IPA? Or am I over thinking this?
thanks!
