It just seems i get a worse headache when i drink out of my keg than bottles. Any truth to this or not?

I hope not as I am just about to switch to kegging. I would think that you would need to consume alot to be affected. Is your beer very bubbly?

Only time I've gotten complaints about headaches was when I shook my kegs to carb them, and they were drank less than 12 hours later.

Do you "top off" while drinking from the keg? Your probably drinking more than you think. Why would CO2 be different in the keg or the bottle.

Does C02 give you a headache ?

when you have high levels of CO2 in the bloodstream, you can feel weak/tired or possibly get a headache, yes. drinking beer doesnt really raise your blood CO2 concentration though, as most of it comes up as a burb.

if you were inhaling CO2, you would get a sensation like you needed to take a breath or a "drowning" feeling way before you got a headache.

a headache is most likely caused by the alcohol or dehydration and not the CO2.
