hey guys i was thinking of a few projects i could start and i was wondering :
"Is there any device for homebrewing that can constantly measure Gravity and temperature and communicate with a local computer or cell phone". Sounds like it might be a fun project. let me know if you guys think this sounds like a worthwhile venture

Supposedly this device is capable of that: http://www.fermonitor.com. Looks like they've been having production problems. I think the guy who designed this is on here. Jon Mansfield.

i was thinking about it, finding a way to measure gravity with some sort of electronic interface would be damn hard. you'd have to have something simple enough to be sterilized; not sure how you would be able to do that.
