I know it's difficult based on the description, but here goes from their website:

Sweet Red. Light, chilled red made from Concord grapes with a berry nose and strawberry and cherry flavors. It’s fantastic with fresh fruit, mild cheeses, and your favorite red sauces.

My wife LOVES this wine from the Shawnee Hills (IL) wine trail. We live quite a ways away from there now, so I'd love to be able to make something close to that. Does anybody know of a good recipe or even a kit that might get me in the ballpark?

Id try doing welches concord grape juice as the base so at a 6 gallon batch 3.5 to 4 gallons for this and then a gallon of a strawberry juice and a gallon or so of cherry juice and add sugar and your yeast and let it go but thats me I dont know of any kits for it It wouldnt cost that much to try it out like that less then a kit (at least if you do store brands or welches)

That sounds easy enough. I'll try to find a recipe similar to this so I don't goof it up, but it sounds like a low investment!

Remember though it should be good but it wont be as good probably but you can use this to help figure out the ratio of fruit (the grapes strawberry and cherrys) and once you have that if you want to try something better you can go for the actual fruit Can Concentrates

I kinda agree with Max but I would do it more like this:
Follow the concord recipe and ferment it out and let it bulk age and clear. Then stabilize and sweeten with a blend of strawberry juice (not sure where to find this?) and cherry juice. My thoughts are that by doing it this way you will preserve the delicate flavors of the cherries and strawberries all while diluting the concord flavors which are very strong.
