Do You Lubricate Your Balls?

I've just cleaned off the ball in a ball lock valve. Should I be lubricating it with something before I assemble it?

None. Most have Teflon seals that require no lubrication. Any grease/oil has the potential to ruin head retention (even keg lube).

Nothing at all, or maybe keg lube.

make sure you shave it...err, i mean clean off debris....before you lube it. It allows for the nice slickness you are probably shooting for.
