I just tapped my second keg and I've noticed that it seems like I get a more foamy pour the first 5 and last 5 pints from a keg and the ones in between pour well. I force carb @ 30 for 1-2 days then serve at 10PSI @ 45F.

I can't say that I've noticed that. Are you moving your keg before tapping?

I don't get foam, all the way down to a dry line. Probably has something to do with line length and what not. Our temps are pretty close. I have around 6ft of 3/16 line.

Not really moving it much, maybe have to take it out of the fridge to attach the beer line. I'll measure my length. I did have a screw up this last time where I mixed up the in and out ball posts because I thought they were the same.

If you are moving the keg, shaking it up, that can cause some foam with the first few. That however doesn't explain the last few.

Wonder if anyone else has this?
