Working on my first lager, an oktoberfest. Fermented in the primary for 21 days @ 48F, gave it a diacetyl at room temp for about 36 hours, and transferred it to secondary. I gradually lowered the temp to about 35F and its been steady at 35F for about three weeks. was thinking its time to bottle and carbonate.

Should i give it more time to lager before bottling?

And when i bottle, should i pitch more yeast before adding my sugar to carbonate?

Original gravity - 1.050
Final gravity when moved to secondary - 1.013

you won't need more yeast to carbonate the lager, there is plenty still in there to do the job.
