Do I have Mold?

I am brewing an IPA and am two weeks into fermentation. I have white spots all over on top of the beer. Is this normal? I'm afraid it may be mold?

If you want reassurance, just picture in your mind what a moldy piece of bread looks like. We've all seen that before and it looks nothing like the picture you posted up.

It doesn't mean that your beer is spoilt but the taste usually get affected when mold appears.Even the color get affected up to some extent

What? That picture shows fermentation.
