i have 600psi remaining in my tank and dont have the money yet for a refill. Will this last me through a keg? I plan on force carbing it, just want to make sure i have enough so i dont have to switch in the middle?

that pressure gauge doesn't tell you how much CO2 you have left. CO2 produces the same psi until its gone...but is dependent on temperature.

at 70F, a CO2 tank should be pushing 1,000psi. inside a fridge/kegerator/keezer, it'll only be 500-600psi.

the only way to know for sure is to weigh your CO2 tank and then subtract the TARE weight stamped on it and that will give you pounds of CO2 remaining.

If it's a #5 tank, probably. At 600 psi, you still have liquid CO2 in the tank and a minimum of 2.5 volumes.
