I built this sparge head to compliment my cooler-based system (seen here: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=539938 )

It's light, gets great coverage on the grain bed, screws right into the lid of my mash tun and best of all, it's dirt cheap to build. It separates for easy clean-up.
