Has anyone created a manual keg filler?

MoreBeer sells them for $189 but it seems like it would be easy enough to make yourself for less than $100?

I imagine if you have a spare sanke coupler, this would be an easy DIY project. You'll probably need to remove the check ball from the liquid side and the check valve from the gas side to allow things to flow in the reverse direction.
