The brewjacket is basically this: controller+probe, peltier device, heatsink, anodized immersion rod, drilled rubber stopper, and insulation... Right?? I'm building a PID controller for electric brewing, and I figured this would probably be a less complicated build, so why not just do this too, while I am at it.
