DIY Carboy Cleaner

Has anyone made a DIY version of the original carboy cleaner

Thinking I can just tie some rags to a long drill bit....didn't find anything in my search

I made a half-assed version with rags attached to a threaded rod. The rags just wrap themselves up around the rod and it doesn't clean the carboy.
