I have a carboy of stout thats been fermenting since 2/19. I went down to the basement to check on it today and noticed the airlock had been knocked out of the stopper (wife's damn cat I assume). I checked it on Sunday so I know its only been off for a max of 2 days.

Is oxidation a problem at this point? Should I bottle now?

Has it reached FG yet? If so how long has it been at FG?

If it is still fermenting there is really no risk at all, if it has finished there still should be plenty of CO2 in there to protect it.

its just about at final. its an extract so i expect it to be a little high. i was planning on bottling this weekend.
